The Energy Industries Council (EIC) has appointed ACL Impact’s Audrey Caulliez-Louis, Vysus Group’s David Clark, and deugro group’s Tim Killen as non-executive directors of its board.
Well-known to the project logistics sector, Killen serves as the executive vice president of deugro group and is responsible for the company’s strategic sales activities across all industries globally. He has over 25 years of experience working on major capital projects spanning numerous aspects of the energy industry and in various management capacities.
He said: “Following COP26, the global energy industry can positively contribute to the Glasgow Climate Pact by supporting the sustainable energy transition and reducing climate change impacts. It is very exciting that the EIC and its members will have a key strategic role to play in shaping the low carbon energy future – and I can be a part of it.”
Caulliez-Louis has 20 years of experience in the finance industry in structured and project finance in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Clark, meanwhile, has more than 30 years of experience and has held various management roles in Schlumberger, Technip, Wood, Aker Solutions and Lloyd’s Register.
