Virgin Atlantic Cargo has named Bosco Dsouza as its account manager in Melbourne as the airline looks to continue its expansion in Australia.
Virgin Atlantic achieved significant growth in Australia during 2018; tonnage rose 51 percent year-on-year and revenues climbed 58 percent thanks to the expansion of Virgin Australia’s international presence.
Phillippa Palmer, manager, regional sales - Australia and New Zealand at Virgin Atlantic Cargo, said Dsouza will play an important role in building on this growth.
He joins the airline with 20 years of experience in the cargo industry both locally and internationally.
