Antwerp-based De Keyser Thornton (DKT) and Rotterdam’s Slavenburg & Huyser (S&H), both part of the Naxco Group, have formed an industrial projects and chartering joint venture.

Operating under the brand name Naxco Industrial Projects & Chartering (NIPC), the joint venture will provide ship chartering, brokerage, heavy lift, industrial project management, ro-ro transportation and international towage services. 

Alair Van Groningen will lead NIPC and will be supported by S&H and DKT’s operational teams.
