October 14 - South Korea's Daewon Logipia has completed the acquisition of logistics consulting and service company, Korea Logistics Consulting & Service.
HLPFI originally reported the planned acquisition on September 24.
The company, which specialises in handling breakbulk, heavy lift, oil, gas and project cargoes, says that through the acquisition, it aims to offer more expanded and qualified services to its clients and partners.
Daewon Logipia recently managed the transportation of a gangway tower from Masan, South Korea to Doha, Qatar. The total volume of the cargo was around 3,000 cu m.
