March 30 - Roger Clasquin has been appointed managing director of Rotterdam based Steder Group.
Rob de Korte, director of Steder Group, explained that the company has created a new position for Clasquin due to the logistics provider's rapid growth and expansion, having recently opened offices in Glasgow and Amsterdam in addition to its existing branches in Constanta, Dubai, Antwerp and Djibouti.
Clasquin joins Steder from the Port of Rotterdam Authority, where he served as director of Port of Rotterdam International (PORint). He is replaced by René van der Plas, with effect from June 1, 2016.
