March 26 - Cargolux International Airlines S.A. has appointed Dirk Reich as its president and chief executive officer.
HLPFI reported on January 30, 2014 that Cargolux's board of directors had begun the search for a new ceo following Frank Reimen's resignation from the position in August 2012.

Prior to joining Cargolux, Reich was executive vice president and member of the management board at Kuehne + Nagel International AG.
Reich will also assume the responsibilities of senior vice president of sales and marketing, while global executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been commissioned to find a permanent replacement.
Cargolux has also appointed Robert Song as senior vice president, Asia and the Pacific, Marcel Funk as senior vice president, head of flight operations, and Onno Pietersma as senior vice president, maintenance and engineering. All three will also join the executive committee.
