Blue Water Shipping has expanded its presence in Australia with the opening of an office in Darwin, which will be headed by Jeff De La Pair.
With growing demand for transport and logistics services from the oil and gas, wind, infrastructure, mining and hydrogen industries, Blue Water has steadily increased its Australian operations. During 2021, it established its Energy & Projects Australia division, headquartered in Brisbane and supported by offices in Melbourne and Perth. Prior to that, Blue Water was active in Australia via its Sydney office, which opened in 2012.
Steven Lofaro, managing director of Blue Water Energy, Port & Projects Australia, said: “The Darwin location will support our growth plan for Australia, where we have seen a very positive development in recent years.
