Bennett Family of Companies (Bennett) has opened its latest location in Dayton, Texas. The facility houses Bennett On-Site Services, BOSS Heavy Haul and Bennett Motor Express.
With a 38-acre (15.4 ha) yard and a 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) office space, the facility will allow Bennett to enhance its ability to provide specialised transportation, logistics, heavy haul and heavy lift services and solutions to clients in Houston and the surrounding areas.
“With this move, we can better leverage opportunities to offer value-added services in the marketplace. These expanded offerings will also create job opportunities, strengthening our ties and relationships in the local community,” said Mark Brewton, general manager for Bennett Motor Express Houston company store.
Richard Miller, president of BOSS, added: “The expanded yard and office space give us the capacity to grow and improve our heavy haul and crane services along the Gulf Coast and better serve the Golden Triangle, supporting our long-term vision of leadership in the industry.”
