Crest Collective has teamed up with Rotterdam-based HEBO Maritime Service and Bonn & Mees to provide personal leadership programmes.
HEBO and Bonn & Mees joined forces last year in a bid to provide clients with wider availability of a range of maritime services in areas such as heavy lift, specialised transport, salvage operations and emergency response. To facilitate the growth of their operations, personnel development has been identified as a priority.
HEBO and Bonn & Mees have partnered with Crest Collective, which will deliver training programmes focused on personal leadership development, empowering employees to grow personally and professionally within the maritime industry.
Under the partnership agreement, HEBO’s ceo Marius Punt will join the Crest Collective supervisory board alongside Daan Koornneef of Jumbo, Gerard Velthoen of GustoMSC, and Wouter van Noort of Mammoet.
“As we look to grow our operations for the future, we are very focused on the social and entrepreneurial development of our personnel,” Punt said.
”This led to our undertaking a number of initial workshops and programs with Crest. We were very impressed with the results and were pleasantly surprised by the number of employees enthusiastic to participate. Crest’s unique and accessible approach to personal development is a perfect fit with our organisational culture. We are very happy to have a partner with whom to discuss, and shape, our development initiatives.”
