United Heavy Lift (UHL) has named DUO Shipping as its exclusive commercial agent in Turkey.
DUO Shipping will expand UHL’s presence in the country, offering Turkish customers access to the shipping line’s regular service to Africa.
According to Lars Bonnesen, ceo of UHL, the company will soon expand its joint multipurpose service with Marguisa, which sails from the Mediterranean and Europe to West Africa, to include ports in East Africa.
UHL’s fleet will also grow and Bonnesen expects to have 17 UHL 900 ships in the company’s roster in 2021. “Also, we anticipate the fleet in commercial management to grow within the near future,” he added.
