Three Universal Africa Lines (UAL) ships have been spotted at the port of Antwerp. All three are being loaded with cargoes destined for West Africa.
Pictured above, UAL Texas, UAL Fortitude and Vectis Progress have gathered at the Belgian gateway as part of the carrier’s scheduled services.
HLPFI readers will recall that at the beginning of August, UAL expanded its services to include a port call in Warri, Nigeria. The company partnered with multipurpose terminal operator Julius Berger Services Nigeria (JBSN) to launch the monthly service, which will depart from Europe and call at Warri port’s Terminal C.
UAL said that the service has a 30-day transit time, without transhipment stops, and will cater for breakbulk, project cargo and container shipments.
