February 6 - On April 18-19, 2013 the third Steel in Transit conference will take place in Bremen, Germany.
The two-day conference will be hosted by insurance company Lampe & Schwartze and marine and cargo surveyors Mund + Bruns, at Bremen's Atlantic Hotel.
This year's theme is 'Global Views', with nine expert speakers from around the world sharing their thoughts into the demands of loading and shipping steel. Speakers include: Venugopal Suvarna of L&S Risk Management in India; Fernando Morales Leon, director of Liquidadores de Averías in Mexico; and Dr. Patric A Drewes of Carl Polzin Seehafenspedition in Germany.
