Heavy transportation company Roll Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with KMC Line for commercial cooperation.
Under the deal, Roll Group will manage two of KMC’s wide deck carrier vessels and will come into effect from the fourth quarter of 2025. The agreement gives Roll Group the capacity to better serve its clients in what is expected to be a growing project market. It will bring its fleet of deck carriers to five, supplementing its five dock vessels.
“As we see a growing demand of wide deck carriers, we are fortunate to sign MoU for commercial cooperation with KMC Line” Peter Rondhuis ceo Roll Group said. “We are confident that this Mou will signify the start of a fruitful cooperation with KMC for broad spectrum of project market and that this first step will lead to wider cooperation.”
KMC Line was founded in 1989 and specializes in steel shipping, bulk carriers and heavy cargo shipping industries. The company operates mainly in Asia, Australia and Americas.
