Freight forwarder network Project Partners has rebranded as Premium Logistics World (PLW).
The rebranding accompanies a change in the group, from a heavy lift-focused network to a mixed heavy lift and general cargo network. The aim, according to PLW, is to obtain “more bread and butter business (general cargo) for members”.
“Projects are great and bring great income but we all know that in difficult times like these we need general cargo business to pay for our bills and loans so we think the transition comes at the right time and right place,” explained PLW.
It added that the network hopes to achieve the balance between specialists from the out-of-gauge (OOG)/heavy lift sector and general cargo forwarders.
The first meeting of the rebranded network will be in Prague from June 1-4 at the Hotel Hilton Prague Old Town.
