April 10 - Garone Logistics Ltd of Shenzhen, China has handled the movement of five ball mills on flat racks from Foshan, China, to Valparaiso, Chile.
The shipment consisted of 134 cu m of cargo, and each ball mill weighed 29 tonnes (pictured below).
A second shipment via flat rack saw the company, which is a member of the project forwarder network, WCAPN, handle the shipment of a 19 tonne oil tank from Chiwan, China, to Mexico City, Mexico.
Garone Logistics Project Team provides speciality services for project cargoes to and from China and offers a break bulk service; project cargo operation for large, heavy-lift and/or OOG machinery and equipment, or whole production lines; as well as a ro-ro service for buses, trucks and cars.
