Network Airline Management (NAM) has added a further Boeing 747-400F production freighter to its fleet, entering service during December 2024.
Arriving at NAM’s primary base in Liège, Belgium, the nose-loading aircraft was formerly served in the China Airlines Cargo fleet. It was registered as TF-AKG upon arrival in December.
“Adding another B747 nose door aircraft to our fleet is a step in the right direction to becoming an all-production freighter fleet,” said Jonathan Clark, NAM’s ceo. “Renowned for its exceptional range, payload capacity, and reliability, the Boeing 747 is the ultimate workhorse for global air cargo operations.”
In particular, the aircraft has been brought in with large and specialised shipments in mind – of which NAM is seeing an increased demand for.
As of January 2025, the NAM fleet comprises three B747 production freighters, as well as a B747-400BDSF converted freighter aircraft. The company is currently said that it is looking to add an additional freighter capacity to its ranks.
In May 2024, NAM expanded its fleet with two additional 747-400 freighters.
