Kito Crosby has released the re-engineered Crosby G-2160 widebody shackle range. It now comes in eight capacities from 400-2,000 tons (362-1,814 tonnes)
Crosby said that the G-2160 has the widest bow available on the market. It comes withe three lifting points, including a recessed and removable centre point that reduces the risk of snags and provides balanced handling and bow-to-bow compatibility for all sizes. The company’s Easy-Loc bolt securement option is available for 400 ton (362 tonne), 500 ton (453 tonne), and 600 ton (544 tonne) models, as well as optional Crosby Straightpoint load monitoring software.
Kito first introduced the Crosby G-2160 in 1978. The tool has since become an important component in industrial, construction and oil and gas lifting projects globally.
