Ro-ro carrier Höegh Autoliners has registered its fourth Aurora-class newbuild vessel, Höegh Sunlight.
The ship is part of Höegh Autoliner’s newbuild programme and is now bunkering before heading to a terminal in Taicang, China, for cargo operations and its official naming ceremony.
“We have now successfully delivered one-third of our vessels at record speed,” said Höegh chief operating oficer, Sebjørn Dahl, who was on site to oversee the newbuild project.
Last month, HLPFI reported that Höegh had agreed a five-year contract with an international car manufacturer.
