November 3 - Gebrüder Weiss has invested EUR4 million (USD4.4 million) into expanding its facility in Memmingen, Germany by over 5,000 sq m.
Over the past six months, Gebrüder Weiss' existing handling facility has been increased by a total of 3,000 sq m, while two new 1,200 sq m warehouses have been constructed.
Anton Hagg, branch manager at Gebrüder Weiss Memmingen, explained that the logistics provider now has enough space to store standard items, as well as bulky goods.
The company offers a wide variety of services from the German facility, including project shipments to Russia and Central Asia.
