North American Terex crane distributor, Empire Crane, has placed an order for three Demag AC 60-3 all-terrain cranes.
The 60-tonne capacity AC 60-3 has a main boom length of 50 m and a total system length of 66 m. The units also feature the IC-1 Plus control system and a one-engine concept that Terex said reduces operational and maintenance costs.
Earlier this year, Empire Crane placed an order for 14 Demag cranes, as HLPFI reported here.
The distributor added that it has seen significant growth in demand for smaller crane models including the Demag AC 45 City and AC 60-3 cranes.
