Offshore installation contractor Cadeler has secured vessel reservation agreements for the Bałtyk II and Bałtyk III offshore wind energy projects in Poland.
The Bałtyk II and Bałtyk III wind farms are located in the Baltic Sea approximately 27 km and 40 km from the port of Łeba, respectively. The projects involve the installation of 100 offshore wind turbine generators, for which Cadeler will utilise both an O-class and P-class vessel.
Turbine installation is scheduled to being in 2027. Once operational, these wind farms will have a combined installed capacity of 1,440 MW.
