August 23 - Agility has named Richard Strollo as managing director, Malaysia, and Frank Guerra as chief executive officer for Australasia, giving him responsibility for operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
Strollo - who will be based in Kuala Lumpur - brings two decades of leadership experience in the Asian freight forwarding industry to Agility, most recently serving as regional director for Southeast Asia at BDP International.
Meanwhile, Guerra takes on his new role with over 30 years of experience in the logistics sector, having joined Agility in 2010 as general manager for contract logistics in Australia.
Prior to joining Agility, Guerra held leadership positions at several major freight forwarding companies. He also ran his own forwarding company for 11 years in Australia, before it was acquired by Mainfreight.
In his new role, Guerra will be based in Melbourne.
