AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) has teamed up with quality and compliance platform CargoHub to offer its customers with a digital tool to manage their claims and pre-claims requests.
The CargoClaims platform from CargoHub enables ABC’s customers to submit, update and track the status of their claim in real-time.
ABC said this is the latest step in creating a friendlier digital environment for its customers; the airline previously invested in equipment to improve monitoring of cargo conditions, including temperature loggers and shocksensors, and partnered with Unilode Aviation Solutions and SITAOnAir to provide shipment traceability.
