In cooperation with Chapman Freeborn, AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) has delivered oxygen purification systems from Liege Airport to India.
ABC’s Boeing 747ERF took off from Liege Airport on Saturday May 22 carrying the urgent medical equipment to Indira Gandhi International Airport, India.
Yulia Celetaria, global healthcare director of Volga Dnepr Group – parent company to ABC – said: “During the last month our freighters operated a number of dedicated charter flights to India with vital medical supplies to help the nation suffering another Covid-19 resurgence and oxygen crisis.
“On top of that, we have also delivered vaccines which will enable India to continue its vaccination programme and reach herd immunity.”
