July 14 - Semi-trailer manufacturer Kässbohrer has opened its fourth plant, located in Ulm, southern Germany.
The 100,000 sq m plant is located at the intersection of Germany's A7 motorway, which connects the northern European continent to the south, and will be utilised as a sales, after sales and service centre.
In addition to the plant in Ulm, Kässbohrer has facilities in Goch, Germany; Adapazari, Turkey, which is its largest production plant; and the Tula Oblast plant in Russia which serves the Russian and Central Asian market.
