August 17 - Peter Appel has replaced Frank G Jensen as chairman of the board for Clipper Group AS, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Clipper Group Ltd.
Jensen remains chairman of the board for latter.
When Jensen stepped in as group ceo for Clipper on July 1, 2015, Danish law made this change necessary as, under that law, a chairman of the board cannot be the managing director, ceo, or similar.
The Board of Directors for Clipper Group AS now consists of Peter Appel (chairman), Torben G. Jensen (vice-chairman), Frank G. Jensen and Mikael Skov.
The Board of Directors for Clipper Group remains unchanged with Frank G Jensen (chairman), Torben G. Jensen, Henrik Lund Dal, Niels G. Jensen, Mikael Skov and Peter Appel.
