November 9 - In the first two and a half months of services, CargoLogicAir (CLA) has carried over 2,000 tonnes of cargo on its scheduled route from the USA to the Middle East.
The all-cargo airline says it has seen a strong demand from the oil and gas industry for air cargo capacity.
CLA launched the twice-weekly service in mid-August, offering customers maindeck Boeing 747-400 freighter capacity with Europe-Mexico, Europe-Middle East and USA-Middle East connections.
Departing from London Stansted every Wednesday and Saturday, the flights operate to Mexico City via Frankfurt, Houston, Atlanta and Abu Dhabi.
