United Heavy Lift (UHL) has delivered two Mantsinen 300ES material handlers from Rauma, Finland to Dung Quat, Vietnam.
Finnish equipment manufacturer Vuorsola provided UHL with SMPTs. These were used to load the material handlers in a tandem lift and then driven on a railway which UHL constructed.
After this, the machines were connected to power, before being moved into their final position and secured. They were then shipped to Dung Quat.
UHL worked alongside United Engineering Solutions and UTC Overseas, with the technical transport of the project being organised by the former.
In November 2024, UHL delivered a Liebherr LPS 550 rail-mounted portal crane to Australian Amalgamated Terminals (AAT) aboard its UHL Fable.
