India-based Total Movements has handled key equipment destined for a major steel plant in India.
In total, 10,000 cu m of cargo was moved on a port-to-port basis by Total Movements. The largest items had diameters exceeding 7 m. Moreover, a strict deadline required meticulous scheduling that placed additional constraints on Total Movements. Notwithstanding this, as well as congested port operations, the shipment was delivered safely and on time.
A company spokesperson said: “Despite these hurdles, the shipment was delivered safely and on time – a testament to Total Movements’ expertise in handling high-stakes logistics with efficiency and reliability.”
Member to the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in India, at the end of last year Total Movements shipped 1,500 cu m of oil and gas equipment from Saudi Arabia to Singapore.
