Trans Global Projects Group (TGP) has handled two transformers and placed them into storage in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, ahead of being shipped to the UK next year.
TGP will keep a hold of the transformers, which each weigh 139 tonnes. They will then be shipped from Rotterdam to the UK during 2025, where they will be used to strengthen the country’s power grid.
Last month, TGP transported 73 boiler components from China to Scotland.
