Dan-Czech Specialtransport has handled the delivery of two silos, each weighing 65 tonnes, from Benešov in the Czech Republic to Košice, Slovakia.
Each combination measured 35 m x 5.45 m x 5.45 m and had to travel a distance of 915 km.
Due to the overall size of the convoy, and as a result of construction sites along the route, Dan-Czech had to coordinated the removal of obstacles which allowed safe passage of the components.
The cargoes were transported from Benešov to Košice in five nights.
