Sif and Ballast Nedam collaborate on wind farm decommissioning venture

Dutch offshore wind foundation manufacturer Sif and construction and engineering company Ballast Nedam have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop a joint venture specialising in the decommissioning of offshore wind farms.
