China’s Protranser delivered 13 sets of transformers from a factory in Wuhan to the UAE and Egypt via Shanghai.

Six sets were shipped to Abu Dhabi, three weighing 105.2 tonnes and three weighing 64.2 tonnes. Seven further sets were delivered to Safaga, Egypt – the two larger unit weighed 116.6 tonnes while five smaller units tipped the scales at 54 tonnes.

Protranser’s working scope included picking up the cargo at the factory in Wuhan, port services in Shanghai (for the units destined for the UAE), and Customs clearance service.
