InterMax Logistics Solutions has successfully delivered a reactor and seven cover stacks for projects in China and Taiwan.
The reactor measured 17.4 m x 6.8 m x 7.1 m, weighed 153 tonnes, and was delivered from a vessel in Shanghai to Zhangjiagang.
“Our team leveraged specialised logistics expertise and heavy lift equipment to carefully manage every step of this complex operation. From coordinating the river transport to the port offloading, we ensured the safe and timely arrival of this critical component,” a company spokesperson said.
The company also coordinated the delivery of cover stacks from Europe to Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Each cover stack measured 8 m x 7.1 m x 2.9 m. ”When the cargo were offloading at Kaohsiung port, the skies opened up with a powerful downpour. Undeterred, our seasoned operators manoeuvered the oversized components to their designated spots, ensuring a flawless delivery despite the inclement weather,” said a spokesperson to Intermax.
InterMax is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Taiwan.
