Höegh Autoliners has delivered a 112-tonne transformer, manufactured by CG, from Antwerp to Dammam in Saudi Arabia, on behalf of Kintetsu World Express (KWE).
The transformer was rolled onto the ro-ro vessel Höegh Trident at the port of Antwerp. The breakbulk unit was stowed under-deck to avoid exposure to the elements during the ocean voyage.
Höegh Autoliners’ Europe to the Middle East service was selected for this shipment due to a short transit time.
