Fesco has transported oversized equipment for the construction of a wood-based oriented strand board (OSB) production plant in Spassk-Dalny, Russia.
Fesco transported two drying drums that weighed 75.6 tons (68.6 tonnes) each, measured 20.7 m in length and had a diameter of 3.8 m.
The drums were transported from the port of Lianyungang in China to the port of Vladivostok. Fesco was responsible for the port handling and overland transport of the cargoes.
At the project site, the drums were unloaded using cranes with a lifting capacity of 50 tons (45.4 tonnes) and 40 tons (36.3 tonnes).
