EMS Chartering deployed its own coaster vessel Fehn Courage to collect wind energy cargo in a Mediterranean port.
EMS Chartering, ensuring the components could fit onto the coaster posed a challenge, with the company’s in-house naval engineer devising a solution: five were stowed in the hatch and one secured on deck.
“Accurate positioning was especially important in this case, as we could not have the section on deck obstructing the view from the bridge,” EMS Chartering explained.
