India-headquartered Express Global Logistics (EXG) has loaded 12 exhaust silencers at Mumbai, destined for Cambodia.
EXG chartered a breakbulk vessel to complete the shipment and coordinated port handling, in cooperation with the shipper and clearing agent. 50 shipper-owned containers were delivered alongside the over-dimensional cargoes.
Strict timescales had to be adhered to – the ship was chartered on January 5, 2020 and cargo loading began on the January 8. Loading operations had to be completed alongside a dredging operation at the port.
EXG is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC).
