Project freight forwarder DAKO Worldwide Transport has delivered the first set of wind tower components to the Dolores wind farm in Mexico.
The equipment was transported from the port of Brownsville and Port Aransas, which are both in Texas, USA, to La Brecha, Mexico. From there, the company carried out a journey within the state of Nuevo León to the wind farm site, which is in the municipality of China.
With a total of 133 wind blades to be delivered by DAKO, the second stage of this project is set to take place in the coming months.
In October 2024, DAKO delivered piping equipment from Germany to a copper mine in Chile.
