Greece-headquartered Cosmatos Shipping Services has handled the transport of seven drums of varying weights from manufacturer EKME.
The heaviest drum weighed 55 tonnes and measured 21.5 m x 3.75 m x 4.77 m, with others tipping the scales at 29 tonnes, 25 tonnes and 18 tonnes. The smallest drum weighed 11 tonnes and measured 7.5 m x 3.2 m x 4.12 m.
They were loaded onto the general cargo vessel Fehn Calypso at Thessaloniki port and were destined for Constanta, Romania.
Cosmatos supported the entire local scope, including road transport, stevedoring, lashing, securing onboard and welding.
Cosmatos is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) for Greece.
