Coordinadora has coordinated the delivery of oversized cargoes from the port of Avilés to the San Roque refinery in Spain.
The components included a 187-ton (169.6-tonne) reactor, which measured 7.8 m x 7.6 m x 5 m, and a regenerator, which weighed 50 tons (45.4 tonnes) and measured 18.7 m x 6.4 m x 5.15 m.
In Avilés, the units were loaded onto a vessel for transportation to Algeciras Bay, a distance of 800 nautical miles.
The cargoes were subsequently unloaded and transported 4 km by road to the refinery in Cádiz.
