The generator stator being transported from barge to temporary storage at the Port of Rotterdam.

The generator stator, fabricated by Arabelle Solutions, was transported from Strasbourg, France, to the port of Rotterdam via barge.

Broekman Logistics, supported by maritime transportation firm Bonn & Mees, brought the stator ashore. From there, it was transported to Broekman’s heavy lift centre, with the assistance of Mammoet.

Overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 700 tonnes then safely positioned the item for temporary storage before its final journey to the UK.

In November 2024, HLPFI reported that Broekman Logistics had acquired J.C. Meijers.
