BNSF Logistics (BNSFL) has transported a transformer from the port of Long Beach to Mojave, California.
Weighing 220,000 lbs (99.8 tonnes), the transformer was transported on an eight-axle dual line suspension trailer.
The unit measured 24.1 ft x 9.8 ft x 13.9 ft (7.3 m x 3 m x 4.2 m).
Once at the project site, BNSFL offloaded the transformer and set it on its foundation.
BNSFL is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in the USA.
