Blue Water Marseille has transported ship blocks for French vessel manufacturer OCEA.
Blue Water was responsible for the stowage plan, loading, lashing and seafreight of the ship blocks.
In a separate project, Blue Water Marseille provided the same service in connection with a shipment of patrol boats to the Philippines on behalf of the French manufacturer.
The projects, according to Blue Water, represent an increased focus on project logistics for the French branch.
“The potential within this kind of business will be great in the years to come. So we will continue to focus on providing our clients with excellent logistics solutions,” said Lionel Guilbaud, general manager for Blue Water Marseille.
According to Blue Water, a further three shipments of patrol boats will be completed later this year.
