Aprojects has transported three Vectron trains from Germany to Finnish State Railways (VR Group).
The three locomotives – each weighing 90 tonnes and measuring 19 m x 3.1 m 4.4 m – were retrofitted by Lübecker Hafen-Gesellschaft and were moved from a factory in Munich, Germany, to Seelandkai, Finland, using bespoke locomotive buggys. The cargoes were then shipped to Hanko, Finland, by ferry.
Belgium-headquartered Aprojects is a member of the XLProjects (XLP) network.
