Al Faris Group has lifted a prefabricated top deck, weighing 175 tonnes, at the Hamriyah Free Zone in the UAE.
The heavy lift and transport specialist utilised its Liebherr LR1600/2 crawler crane for the work, which required meticulous planning. Prior to the lift, the team conducted a thorough assessment of the site conditions, including terrain, obstructions and any potential limitations.
The crane was positioned near the module and rigged with the planned lifting attachments, which were then attached to the prefabricated top deck.
