3p Logistics has coordinated the transport of a gas turbine from Ukraine to Dalian, China, via the port of Gdansk in Poland.
Made in Ukraine, the cargo comprised an oversized gas engine turbine for an oil rig. It was transported in two parts: a larger unit that measured 7.2 m x 2.7 m x 3 m and weighed 17.9 tonnes, and a smaller unit that measured 2.6 m x 1.5 m x 1.1 m.
3p Logistics received the cargo from a Ukrainian haulier and arranged the loading and securing in a warehouse near Gdansk.
This shipment has since departed from Gdansk and is now on the voyage to its destination in Dalian, China.
