​NJBPU cancels offshore wind solicitation round

New Jersey’s fourth offshore wind solicitation was cancelled by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU). Bidders withdrawing from projects and uncertainty driven by federal actions and permitting were cited as the reasons.
