Mining’s scope III emissions under the spotlight

Mining houses can expect to face growing investor pressure to address their Scope III greenhouse gas emissions, according to a new report from the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA). For example, neither Rio Tinto or BHP has a measurable Scope III emissions reduction target.
