June 3 - Lifting and lashing equipment manufacturer RUD has introduced its WBPG hoist ring, designed for heavy-duty lifting requirements for the offshore, heavy engineering and handling industries.
The WBPG has a capacity range of 85-200 tonnes and is ball-bearing mounted enabling it to be bolted on to a plate, flat surface, flange or a cone. It is loadable from any side in the direction of the pivot, meaning its is suitable for lifting and turning heavy loads. It has the ability to rotate 360° and swivel 180°. It also comes with a detachable suspension ring in the shape of a shackle for the attachment of common lifting apparatus.
